Terms of Service

The product

The Desk Reset is a digital follow-along. You pre-order it at the price charged in Stripe Checkout. That charge is the live Price, 19 USD for early access (The Desk Reset, Early Access). The later price shown on the site is a label. It is not what you pay today.

Delivery

We send the course by email within 3 weeks of a paid order, as a private link. Do not share, resell, or republish that link or the video. Until it arrives, your account shows the course as coming soon. Checkout requires an account, and delivery goes to the email on that account.

AI disclosure

Old Pine (苏守拙, Taoist name Tingsong) and Brother Stone (郭承岳) are AI-generated characters. The narration is an AI voice. This disclosure lives on the website. It is not included in the course videos.

We do not claim that they are living teachers, that we hold a martial-arts lineage, or that we hold a medical qualification.

Health

The course is a gentle movement and stretching routine for relaxation and mobility. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Stop if you feel pain. If you are injured, pregnant, or under care, ask a qualified clinician before you practise.

Refunds

See the refund policy. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days after delivery. If we have not delivered within 3 weeks of the order, you can ask for a full refund at any time before delivery.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. An order you already paid keeps the delivery and refund terms published when you paid.
